LACO Technologies is seeking an All-star Service Coordinator to play a key role in our Service Department. We are not one of those big companies that contract out customer service. Description

  • Single point of contact for all service requests
  • Oversee our rental leak detector process
  • Provide quality quotes and timely follow-up on quotes
  • Coordinate all internal process and liaison team work flow prioritization
  • Provide exceptional customer service for LACO’s existing and prospective clients
  • Receive customer complaints and warranty claims for services 
  • Work closely with our vendors and coordinate with them on repairs and warranty claims
  • Monitor promise dates and effectively raise escalations to internal teams
  • Communicate via phone and email to meet customer service and support needs
  • Work closely with our technical staff to enable top-notch customer support
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely and responsive manner
  • Interact with service personnel to coordinate customer promise dates
  • Voice of Customer champion

Requirements

  • Experience with ERP systems a plus

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma
  • Post-high school education is not required but preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service

Job Details

  • Pay $20-$22 an hour 
  • Flexible schedule options with the potential to work a 9/80 work schedule with alternating Fridays off. This position is not remote.
